Objectives

Objectives of AgriNext are the following:

• Development of Guidance service model (GSM) that continuously responds to the rapidly changing needs on the job market. 

The Guidance Service Model (GSM) is developed to continuously respond to the rapidly changing needs of the job market. This model emphasises a comprehensive approach to supporting individuals in their educational and career development within multifunctional agriculture. It encompasses general career guidance, professional guidance, entrepreneurship guidance, and tailored support for individuals with additional needs.

• Integration of systematic changes on national levels for flexibilisation and responsiveness of the school system;
• Empowerment of teachers for a fast response to the job market demand;
• Establishment of a collaboration system for continuous exchange between employers, teachers, trainers (skills ecosystem). 

​AgriNext aims to establish a collaboration system for continuous exchange between employers, teachers, and trainers by creating a platform that facilitates interactive engagement through features such as chat, comments, and roundtable discussions, and by establishing business incubators in each partner country to support innovation and project development in agriculture.

• Creating a physical and virtual environment for interaction, demonstration, development, and individualisation;
• Promoting rural development and vitality, presenting opportunities of multifunctional agriculture;
• Increasing digital competences amongst students and teachers.
