Guidance Service Model (WP1): Connecting People to Green Careers
Guidance Service Model (GSM) adapts to job market needs, ensuring learners and professionals can access up-to-date career pathways in multifunctional agriculture (MA).
Key Features:
- Lifelong Learning Database : A collection of training programs, and other learning opportunities for both initial and continuing vocational education (I-VET & C-VET) in MA.
- A New Guidance Service Model (GSM) : A structured approach that emphasizes job opportunities in rural development and prioritizes communication among various stakeholders, ensuring a smoother transition into green jobs.
- Training for Guidance Service Providers (GSPs) : Specialized training to equip career counsellors and educators with effective tools to support students in their career decision in the field of MA.
- Clear Guidelines for GSM Users : Comprehensive guidelines for career counsellors, educators, and policymakers to enhance career guidance services in MA.
Flexibilization of Education (WP2): Modernizing Agricultural Learning
Flexible learning approaches have been developed to create the ideal environment for MA education.
Key Initiatives:
- Analysis of Flexibilization in Schools : Assessment of how schools in Croatia, Ireland, Slovenia, and Spain are adapting curricula and teaching for modern job market needs.
- National-Level Proposals for More Flexible Vocational Education (VET) : Recommendations to enhance vocational education (VET), ensuring curricula align with real-world requirements.
- Training Teachers for Up-to-Date Competences : Upskilling programs to equip educators with innovative teaching methods for flexible learning.
