This training program is designed to equip teachers in vocational education and training (VET) agriculture schools with modern professional and pedagogical competencies. It addresses the needs of educators teaching both professional and general modules, ensuring participants gain a deep understanding of rural development and up-to-date agricultural practices.

The curriculum is structured around four dynamic modules:
- M1: Flexible Teacher
