1) Degree of Graduate in Compulsory Secondary Education or a higher academic level. 2) Basic Vocational Qualification (Basic Vocational Training). 3) Technician or Assistant Technician degree or equivalent for academic purposes. 4) Second year of the BUP (Unified Multipurpose Baccalaureate), 5) University entrance test for people over 25.
Learning outcomes
Those attending this course learn how to feed horses, perform first aid, perform physical maintenance and hygiene of equine livestock, tame horses, assist breeders at each of the stages of the reproductive process, following the instructions of the specialized staff, manage the stables, perform the basic operations of the shoeing of the horse, using the necessary means, materials and tools, go horseback riding, master the basic techniques of riding. Carry out the basic dressage of young horses, following from time to time the appropriate management techniques, with particular attention to animal welfare. Transport and sale of the horse, organize horse itineraries on different terrains, taking into account objectives of a recreational nature and respect for the environment, helping people on horseback and equestrian activities.
