The basics of herbalism will be introduced. Information about the development of herbalism throughout history will be shared, talk about the collection of medicinal plants, their drying, their medicinal properties and their preparation (teas, tinctures, syrups, ointments). Session includes lecture about the most commonly used herbs in our country, where they are found or how they are grown, and why and how they are used. Which herbs are suitable for growing in the garden and how to make a herb bed.
