As part of the training, you will learn to prepare the land for the orchard and create a plantation. You will be introduced to the cultivation and care of the orchard until and during the fruiting phase. You will learn about winter pruning, as well as how to protect the plantation from diseases and pests and how to correctly pick and sort the fruit.
