Blended training
A short introduction to blended learning
Blended learning is modeled on a variety of classroom-based, face-to-face, and distance learning models, using a range of online content and tools. Two models are proposed for training guidance service providers in multifunctional agriculture. In the Flipped Classroom model, participants review the course material at home and then build on their knowledge in the classroom through various activities (exercises) aimed at developing specific skills such as teamwork, communication, decision-making, leadership, creative thinking, etc. The Enrich Virtual model means that most of the training is delivered remotely, with one day in the classroom.
The AgriNext website provides a short guide for training providers and participants, as well as links to both the online and the face-to-face training courses.
