The best option is to fly to Seville or Málaga, which are about 1.5 hours away by car, and then travel by rail or car to reach Córdoba.

By Train:

Córdoba is well-connected by train, with the main line linking Madrid to Málaga, Seville, Granada, Cádiz, and Huelva stopping in Córdoba.
