		Resultados de aprendizaje
			After attending this course, you will learn how to prepare and package olive oil, wines and other beverages in accordance with production plans and quality, carrying out a first-rate maintenance of the equipment. In addition, you learn how to extract olive oil under the conditions laid down in quality procedures and manuals, conduct the refining and conditioning of olive oils, produce distillates, control fermentation, the packaging, labelling and packaging of the processed products, the regulation of production equipment, the preparation and maintenance of equipment and facilities, their operation and hygiene, finally, promote and market products made by applying marketing techniques.
