The following modules are taught: 1) Reception and storage of milk, 2) Reception and storage of auxiliary raw materials, 3) Occupational risk prevention and environmental impact of the dairy industry, 4) Installations and machinery, 5) Basic operations, 6) Production of fresh cheese, 7) Production of mature cheese, 8) Professional practices, 9) Quality control, 10) Diversification and innovation in cheese production, 11) Associations and labour relations in the cheese company, 12) Marketing of dairy products, 13) Economics of the cheese company
